Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science / computer engineering.
• Experience: minimum 10 years as DBA, Knowledge and Skills:
• Should be well versed with general Mainframe skills:
• Cobol/VSAM/DB2/JCL/CICS.
• DB2, CICS and IMS support in a 24/7 Production Environment.
• Experience with Omegamon.
• Assist in planning, testing and implementing application and system changes in so far as these require IMS DBA or CICS DBA support. This includes participation in upgrades to z/OS operating system and other software components as well as Disaster Recovery testing.
• Assist developers and end users in analyzing and resolving DB2 or CICS application problems. This includes assisting developers with debugging of applications under development and in the production environment assisting the first-level support team in resolving application problems.
• Must have experience on Z/OS.
• Excellent in English oral and writing skills.

Required Certification and Training:
• Training in IBM DB2, IBM CICS and IBM IMS.
