Requirements:-

• 5-8 years experience with J2EE development
• 5-8 years experience with UML modeling
• 3-5 years experience with J2EE software design patterns
• 3-5 years experience with multi-tier software architectures
• 3-5 years experience with Web 2.0 technologies (e.g., JSP, Web Services, XML, Ajax)
• 1-3 years experience leading or mentoring a development team
• 3-5 years database development experience (Oracle preferred; JDBC preferred)
• 3-5 years experience with a recognized software development lifecycle methodology including software and requirements traceability

• 3-5 years experience with function and non-functional requirements analysis
• 3-5 years expertise in data structures, algorithms and complex systems analysis
• 3-5 years experience in high-volume, transaction-processing production systems
• 1-3 years experience in analyzing and solving complex problems
• Strong technical leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with server, storage and network virtualization

Tool Requirements

• 5 years experience with Eclipse Development Platform
• 5 years experience with an enterprise UML modeling tool (Sparx EA preferred)
• 5 years experience with software configuration management systems (Rational preferred)
• 5 years experience with Oracle and PL-SQL
• 3 years experience with database querying and performance tuning tools (Toad for Oracle preferred)
